U.S. Customers Only
Returns are only accepted from customers within the United States. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us through Instagram (@naujawanclo)—this is our preferred method. If you do not have Instagram, you may email us at support@naujawanclo.com.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on: sale items, gift cards, perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized items, personal care products (e.g., beauty items), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or flammable gases.
Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item’s eligibility.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@naujawanclo.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
